A.M. 27.1% bf
It's been an up and down week for me. Not losing as much or fast as I would like, but 2 lbs is 2 lbs. If this keeps up, I could be at goal November-ish. I also know that 2 lbs a week on the last 10 lbs is very hard. So I'll hope for the best.
Didn't get my long run in over the weekend. That's not good. I did get 2 runs in though, plus a 45 minute walk session. This week is a new week. Although my running schedule says 2.5 mi 2x this week, I am going to try to do a bit more than that to prepare for the 5 mi on Saturday.
