Been lazy lately on the exercise. Working 6 of 7 nights - 12 hour shifts - has severely degraded my motivation factor as I get home and I'm exhausted. My weight has gone from 210.2 to 212.2 in the past 3 days. Some of that may be water weight variation. But not exercising can't be helping, either.
I'm about to go for a walk. Rainy out but living in Juneau, Alaska, sometimes you got to say 'screw it' and put the jacket on and get out and go.

I can relate! After work and the kids I just want to fall down. Just remember all the activity you get during the day at work counts! I teacher 3 y/o kids at a daycare. When we go outside with them I walk around the little play yard. Anything counts in my book!! Good luck...keep up the good work.

Thanks for the reply and encouragement.
That's true about activity during the day counting but I'm an office job worker so definitely not as active as you on a daily basis. At work, I try to get up and walk around outside when I can. People take smoke breaks all the time so since I don't smoke, I take fresh air breaks and walk around the building and outside for 30 minutes at a time. I work overnights so no one sees me and wonders what I am doing walking around aimlessly ;)
