May 6, weight is up six ounces but salt and roughage can make that difference. More exercise and sticking to plan will make that go away. last night I had another hypoglycemic episode. Ate a protein bar (180 C and 23 carbs) and drank some water, and I had 100 in am. I am going to take only1/4 of a glypicide with dinner pills, which is actually right now.
the new crop of the enormous California strawberries is in the stores. Ate up a storm but they are listed at 40 calories a cup, probably an underestimate somehow because they are so extraordinarily good. Despite the fact that C virus isn't supposed to live on food or maybe doesn't infect that way since the alimentary canal might somewhat damage them, i washed strawberries with a quick rinse, a four minute 1 percent pure soak, and two more rinses. This makes them last for days in the fridge. Supposedly vinegar does the same thing, although for some reason I have never tried it. The purex method was something I picked up in a nutrition book written by a nurse who served in nepal and who had learned to wash all food thoroughly because of flora and fauna her system wasn't used to.

Still, despite the low calorie count, that much in the way of strawberries might make me weigh more tomorrow. I will be more moderate tomorrow.
