May 4,2020 I have lost from 176 t9 174.4 by leaving out bread and squares f chocolate. Dinner last night was delicious baked salmon, only lemon and salt added, and a green salad. It resulted in 100 blood sugar at 5 and 126 at 9. Dawn phenomena isn't so abrupt with only lean green and protein.
