So I am ok with weighing in now... My scale on here will show I'm up BUT, I gained some weight due to muscle and now the numbers on the scale are coming back down.... so this is great!!
Last night we went on a walk across town and I'm wooped. lol We walked atleast 4 miles.... the ladies I walked with were So much fun and I can't wait until the next time!!!
