May 2, 2020 wt. 175.6, blood sugar 109 at 3 a.m. 141 before breakfast. Nor sure why the 'Dawn phenomena' is occuring , but will try to keep a tighter control on what I eat. Had a lazy day after the flurry of getting settled at home. A few tasks still remaining. Color sorted clothing bagged on hangers need to be hung in closet. Stockings need to be sorted. Some floors need another mopping. Shoes need to be sorted. It's shocking how many shoes one acquires. Time to clear closets and do other people some good, salvation army and goodwill. Also going to explore making masks. Ate no chocolate today. it seems that even one square of dark chocolate bar interferes with low blood sugar and weight loss. ALSO cutting back on bread. Simple starches are not friendly to older type twos. So not just totals but actual differences in digestion, fiber, and so on, cause slightly different results.
