I am exhausted and starting to get stressed. I 'snacked' today. I still kept it under control but I don't like stress eating no matter what! School's crazy. And I'm forcing myself to workout 5x a week. Plus take the dog to the park on days when I come home before 7pm! So my days are too long.
I am still not drinking pop though and the Couch to 5K challenge is going great. I need a vacation.
