Had a great workout at the gym last night... Didn't do circuit training, just ran for a while on the treadmil and did some abs and weights. It's really cool seeing how much longer I can run each time I go to the gym :) Tonight is spin class, it's such a love/hate relationship. I hate it and it KILLS me, but I love it because I know it's such a great workout. I usually burn close to 800 calories in 1 hour, can't beat that. I think I need to get in the habit of doing some sort of ab exercise every day though. Gotta get rid of the last of the baby belly :( Well hope everyone has a great day.
