Feeling burnt out been doin housework all day.. but the food cravings are getting better since I have been attentive to my eating habits. I was totally addicted to food and didn't realize it how out of control my appetite has gotten. I think it has a been affected by birth control and my quitting smoking a few months back. I get frustrated, I eat, I get bored, I eat, I get sad, I eat, I get lonely, I eat, I feel fat, I eat, and feel worse. Its a vicious cycle and I am glad to have it under control. well thats all i have today sys!!
