Well I figured out why I've been eating junk the last several days, PMS! LOL. It's that T.O.M. So I guess I better not be too hard on myself if I don't see any loss this week. I realized something last night,,, my butt looks good in jeans again! LMAO. I was trying on clothes in Targe and was like," oh wow, my butt looks really cute again" haha. The small things that make us happy in this weight loss war :) I'm suppose to take circuit training tonight but the last few times I've taken it it hasn't been to challenging for me so I may just bust my butt on the floor tonight with a full body work out of my own. Guess we'll see what kind of mood i'm in when I get there. Hope everyone has a happy hump day!
