I'm back!!!

exercise plan - check!
diet plan - check!
motivation - work in progress... trending to check

Here is my exercise plan right now.
Sunday - run
Monday - P90x Weights - arms/shoulders
Tuesday - Run (sunny days), P90x cardio or plyomentrics (rainy days)
Wednesday - P90x Weights - chest/back
Thursday - rest
Friday -Run (sunny days), P90x cardio or plyomentrics (rainy days) + Golf Practice
Saturday - Yoga or Kempo X

But... I just started looking at a triathlon website so I am confusing myself a bit. I am thinking I could do the above exercise program and do small "sprint" triathlons on weekends.
