Onward to Day 2 of restarting Phase 1....did very well last night until about 8:00 when I got my cravings. Forgot to buy Ricotta Cheese to curb that, so cheated by eating about 10 ranch doritos. I can't believe how hungry I am with this head cold...actually feel ravenous at times and I really miss working out.
Woke up at 2:30 and couldn't fall back to sleep until 4:00...detox or sickness??

How did day 2 go? Hope you are feeling better. This is enough of a challange without being sick too. I hadn't heard about the Ricotta Cheese thing, a tip I might try...As for those doritos...you better give them the old Heave Ho!! I could never survive having something like that in my house. Well, good luck with phase 1.
