Based on latest dietery reults, I am going to work on reducing carbs and increasing protein. Need to reduce carbs to 50g and increase protein to 200g. Right now I am flipped on these numbers.
197.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
