April 23,2020 happy birthday William shakespeare. Wt 175.4, blood sugar 114, took sweet gel sleeping aide. Got 6.34 hours of sleep if my watch is correct. It always says i went to sleep at 10:38 but it gets am waking right. Had zero fat fage yoghurt for breakfast with one half apple and a cup of soy. Simple, but pretty low in calories.
