hey everybody...last night i didnt do NOTHING i was such a grouch it was crazy but this morning i did do a 1 hour 30 mins Revabs and 30 mins SLim in 6 and for breakfast i made a kick A** meal replacement shake that got me full omg and now i drinking water and since yesterday i did eat chipotle the rest of the week i will take it easy and stay away from salts because especially PMS and salt dont mix so i will not be weighing in until july 5th 2013 so we can get a good idea..my goal is to loose my weight before my bday sept 23 2013 and for my 1 year wedding anniversay..
