Last 2 weeks were not good from FS perspective. Worked too much and too late so did not have any time for cooking or packing lunches. Had to eat in cafeteria even though I ended up with a lot of spoiled vegetables. Hate to be wastetful, but had no choice. Tried to be careful with my food choices but my ankles are swollen again. Next couple of weeks will be equally bad. I need to regroup and start packing lunches.
