Well, guess I've been slacking lately on the journalling department. I am now back to work so am exhausted at the end of the day - getting old!! lol...I really need to get my act together, cause I don't think that the walking and movement I get at work is the right type of exercise for weight loss, but I'm so pooped after supper that I can't face that treadmill. I just wanna go to bed! I'm still trying to eat healthy and doing fairly well...except today...comfort food called my name!!!
