Sunday will be one month since I started Skinny Fiber, and I am still doing the Atkins plan. I have lost 5 pounds, and that doesn't seem like much to me. I am going to continue using it for the remaining 60 days. I am hoping to pick up the pace a little though. This feels awfully long and painful to me. I am not terribly patient about this weight loss thing lol. I need to plan my food better too. More than a diet I need organizational skills.

Not everyone loses at a fast rate. Five pounds in a month is awesome. It's summer so get active outside to kick up your weight loss.

Logging everything really helped me open my eyes to what I was doing right or wrong and why. I know it can be a pain to do, but it's worth it! May I ask why you're taking the Skinny Fiber pills while on Atkins? They're basically just extra fiber in a pill form...there are better, and cheaper, ways to suppliment fiber in a diet (my opinion).

I decided after some research to give this a try. There are a few ingredients besides fiber, so I am just seeing if it is a viable option or not. I have no judgement about the product yet. I have committed myself to 90 days and I will see what the results are.

I've noticed that the product has other ingredients, but all with odd names that I couldn't readily identify (are they some sort of herbs, maybe?). Have read both good and bad about it, so am honestly curious if this works. If it does for you, please post it! One question...how will you know if it's the Skinny Fiber or if it's Atkins way of eating that is giving you the results in that 90 days, since you're doing both at the same time?

I have been living the Atkins lifestyle for well over a year. I actually gained weight again during. I know that I take some medication that could contribute to that. So as a last ditch effort I decided to try this. My scale is going down, and I know it was going up, that I know is a direct result of the Skinny Fiber. How effectively it works, or how quickly remains to be seen. Also does it last, or does your body become immune to the effects? I look at this as an experiment. I cannot tolerate sugar, so I will always restrict my carb level, but as for losing weight that way it really wasn't helping anymore.
