Hi all! I haven't been here in awhile. Gained a few lbs. back again. So I'm starting over, hopefully more successful this time. Started back at exercising. Went for a walk last night. Did 4500 steps. But today it is raining now because of the hurricane out in the gulf. Hopefully the weather will get better fast so I don't lose my momentum. Hope to get back to our exercise room tomorrow.
