Today will be a hard one at work, bored and running out of work right now while we have our down time and there are peanutbutter cups and chocolate laying around!! Vending machine is looking pretty good to. Not to mention the Ice cream Fridge they put in at work!! I dont like ice cream but there are a lot of Popsicles there!! God help me today!!

You can do it, stay away from the bad things and just think of how many calories are. Remember your walking and how many calories it takes you to burn in half an hour. How much walking would you have to do to burn off a chocolate bar?? think about it!!
