Breakfast I had zucchini ,onion,tomato, omelet and about 1/2 cup coleslaw with cup of tea.
Afternoon snack of sunflower seeds in shell approx 1/2 cup.
Dinner brown rice pasta salad with organic beets, red beans, garbanzo beans, onion and marinated artichoke hearts.
Dessert 1 fudgesicle.
