Breakfast I had zucchini ,onion,tomato, omelet and about 1/2 cup coleslaw with cup of tea.
Afternoon snack of sunflower seeds in shell approx 1/2 cup.
Dinner brown rice pasta salad with organic beets, red beans, garbanzo beans, onion and marinated artichoke hearts.
Dessert 1 fudgesicle.

For dinner I ate I medium dark meat grilled chicken, 3/4 cub sautéed zucchini, i cup trader Joe's brown basmati rice1 1/2 cups home made cole slaw no sugar, 1/2 cup potato salad with raw onion, 1/2 hard boiled egg and olive oil and vinegar., Tbl spoon of trader joe's Goddess dressing and one trader Joe's rice cake.
