Havent been on here in a while. I joined LA Fitness and I go a minimum of 3 days a week and I have been working with a trainer once a week and just upped it to twice a week. I don't count food or calories any more. I'm very aware of what I eat. I know how I feel when I eat something that my body is no longer accustom to. I have been trying to get back into a pair of my fave jeans for 2 yrs on my own. I couldn't even get them over my hips. BUT after working for almost 2 month with a trainer (who kicks my butt) I was able to pull those jeans over my hops, zip them and button them. I think after about another month they will fit me like I want them to. Now hear this, the scale hasn't changed but my measurements have and the muscle is replacing the fat. I'm on my way to a better ME :)
