this was the first week at weight watchers that I lost 2 weeks in a row,hurray. I'm having problems with my challenges can get 8 cups of H2O in but 10 is hardand the walking is not easy but i'm going to try harder. i've got to continue watch portion control.It is definately fall here i feel like a bear i want to eat comfort food and hibrinate.Didnot do my tracker at all last week. that was not good.
