Mmmeeeehhhhnnn!!! I did it again!! Had mixed nuts!! It's so difficult to put down!! I've gone way over my 20g carbs limit....just when I tot I was getting it right on track!! I shall pull myself together and head towards the goal for a victorious victory! I shall!!

That is the reason why just don't buy nuts at all anymore !

I know right!! That should b it!! But then there's my four kids and husband that enjoy those mixed nuts. Kids snack on them at school or extra murals and hubby is vegetarian and looks to pulses n nuts for his proteins n omegas. I'm in a tight spot!! But I shall fight it!

Instead of a whole cup of mixed nuts, you can weigh out a serving on your scale. A serving is 28g. That will cost you 4.60 in (net) carbs and a total of 166 calories..Good luck ;-)

I really appreciate the support. I think I'll just have substitutes....like diced salami sticks or dices cucumbers etc. I weighed in this morning and I haven't lost an ounce after 7 days on induction!!!! I think I know why! I'll give it a go again this week. PROPERLY!!!
