This new lifestyle im living has been so much easier than I thought it would of been. I know I'm only a month and a half into this, but it seems so normal to me now, I know I never want to go back to the way I was living before.
Someone asked me the other day how much weight I need to lose total, and I automatically said about 120lbs is where I would like to be. .. but then I realized.. I dont have to lose 120 lbs. I'm 21 into it. I only have to lose 99 lbs!!! Silly, I know, but it was an awesome realization.
I also had forgotten that I made mini goals for myself. So when I signed on today I went to go refresh myself on what they were, and 20 lbs was my first goal. so... WOOT WOOT! :)
I'm just very excited and proud of myself for what I have accomplished so far. Thank you to EVERYONE here, you guys are such an encouragement!
