Shirfleur1– I have the opposite problem that most people here. I have to be careful to not allow my weight to keep dropping. I eat very well, try to keep my calories up to 1600 without eating junk food. But I am a walker, hiker, swimmer and hard to maintain that calorie balance sometimes.
