Would you believe it - today's free gift on Facebook is a black duck!! 

Okay so are we all suppose to have a black duck or any duck??? I want to make sure I am in with the Black Team! 

HEY...I'm going to drink 2 gallons of water before my weigh in on Sunday so that I can lose it all for the next weigh in! LOL obviously kidding -- but did everyone see that guy do that on the Biggest Loser last night? What a bastard. 

LMAO -calkiller Okay, I've got me a pink duck!! lol Keeping that one unless told we have to have the same color! :) This is gonna be perfect!  

lol! they all seem to be drinking loads of water before weighins now days especially those who have imunity. on the Australian one the one lady drank so much she gained 5kg - 11lbs. how bad is that? if i drank that much all i would want to do is pee the whole time. 

who is checking the weigh-ins? Do we have a "leader?" Did Black Team get my weigh-in yesterday?

CalorieKiller, is that the guy who gained 17lbs??? I saw a commercial!!! 

4education, its pjjammy here! I am checking all the wt ins and doing the stats etc! What would be great and what blueteam is doing, is they have a team member who proactively send emails to all the team members, on Friday, saturday or even thursday reminding them to send in their wts on Sunday Mornings!!!!!!!!!! If you could do that it would be great!!!! and keep everyone on their toes, and conistent with wting in!!!!!!!!! THANKS IF you can do this!!!!!! it will be helpful!!!!!!  

Pjjammy: Sorry - because I got to Fatsecret ia Facebook I just assume everyone's on it too! You can give your friends "gifts", like cakes and balloons, for example on their birthday. Normally they cost $1 each, but every now and again they offer a freebie. It just so happened that they were offering a black duck as a freebie last week - crazy, eh? :)
