Not sure how to add my twice baked potatoes I made for my supper...medium size potato, low fat sour cream, light margarine, Ready Bacon, green onion and cheese. I figure I'll just allow space on my food diary to compensate. Mind you, I dont' know if I really ate 1 whole 0z of liver either - YUCK - but I cooked a birthday dinner for my hubby and forced down 4 small bites!

Going to get on the treadmill in a bit while I watch some trash tv that I taped. Back to work tomorrow for another school year - so won't be on until evening.

The baked potato sounds really good. The liver I could do without! Your a saint for even cooking it for him. A group from church went on a mission trip to Russa this summer and the orphanage served liver each day for dinner. They all lost weight on that trip!
