March 27, 2020 By using a computer I haven't used for a few weeks, I learned last summer I had another account, sedentary3, and it was kinda fun to see that indeed I have lost about 13 lbs according to that since I weight 178 this morning,. However, later, December 23, 2019 I had gained enough to weight 204 briefly so as of this morning, I might have lost 26 lbs. But more signicant to my health, my blood sugar at the this morning was 96!

Diet followed reasonably well.
