Well this is a little frustrating..I felt like last time I lost the weight it came off relatively fast but I keep forgetting that I was excersing quite a bit. Can't wait until my 6 weeks is up and I can start excersing again! I've started walking about a mile each day but it's a pretty slow walk because my stitches are still killing me. The good news is my new baby crys all the time so I really dont have time to focus on being hungry or eating because i'm mostly just pacing the floor with her!
