Took a couple of days off from tracking - not good, so back at it. This isolation is really starting to weigh on me. Hubby worked from home yesterday but went in today, so I'm all by myself right now. I've heard at least a few people talk about overeating while confined, yes it's a real problem, especially with Hubby. He bought me some baked sweetie treats Sunday to cheer me up - while I'm trying to DIET!!! I love the man, but sometimes he is the WORST diet saboteur! Blueberry muffins with no added sugar, but still 350 cals each, and ice cream sandwiches at 240 cals, holy cow!!! He also bought some of those mini-pies from WalMart, but I told him to give them to a friend of ours instead. The worst offenders were the Marie Calender's chicken pot pies at a whopping 900 cals each! We literally split one last night, sometime you do need a little comfort food. But today I'm by myself, in total control of what & how much I'll be eating today. The muffins & ice cream are in the freezer, the protein shakes are in the fridge along with turkey lunch meat, lettuce, tomato, grapes & strawberries. I'm well-provided for at least. Try to stay sane, folks!
