i think i am leaning to cutting dairy, yesterday was the 1 year mark from starting @ 220lbs - and have now gotten to 179, i still need to loose 20lbs , diet and exercise plan seems to be working

Good job! It looks like we are pretty similar. I started at 215 and am down to 189. I also have cut out dairy and some carbs. I am following the Paleo diet which has been a success. Great job, keep it up!

i am 200 trying to get down to 150 and i just started this week so congrats to yuo both i can't wait til i am able to say that i did great like you both :) keep it up
