Well my High fat Low Carb lifestyle, along with a lot of exercise has proven itself in the my latest lab work. everything is stabilizing, and i am no longer on any Lipid medications. Total Cholesterol 150 ; Triglycerides 96 ; HDL 47 ; LDL 84 nonHDL 103 - last 2 years my Triglycerides were so high they were not measurable. this is a huge triumph for me to rid myself of these meds. also had to go to a lower dose Blood Pressure med. so this is working. gaining muscle now and still loosing fat, will report my latest body analysis when i get it done.

i think i am leaning to cutting dairy, yesterday was the 1 year mark from starting @ 220lbs - and have now gotten to 179, i still need to loose 20lbs , diet and exercise plan seems to be working
