Sedentary2's Journal, 20 March 2020

March 20, 2020 Weight this morning 180, blood sugar not taken. Got super sleepy at 11 a.m. so I ate four dark chocolate cranberries and a tablespoon of cocoa mix in strong coffee (totaled80 calories). Woke me up, all right. Not a recommended thing but a sleeping med too late in the night and it's being Friday added up to excruciating sleepiness at my desk! Didn't fall off my chair after all. Just feeling guilty at all that sugar.
My very fit watch actually got my sleep time right last night. It always insists on my going to sleep after 10:38, which is often two hours later than the time I actually went to sleep, but I was reading a really good fantasy last night and actually stayed up until 11:15. I got 7.5 hours of sleep but took sleeping gel at 2:30. Earlier to sleep tonight! Sleep in tomorrow if I want.
