Took Lasix and Potassium. None for 6 days! Amazing considering the sugar I ate. That means the rest of my diet is great. My body is working. I’m thrilled. May be going some, but it will stay off. The diet change will continue forever. I did yoga, and stretching. Just a great day to stay inside lol. 🌈🍀💜🤗
