What is everyone doing if their gyms are closed and stores are going bare? I am running out of healthy eating options and haven’t been able to go to the gym in a week. I CAN NOT lose my progress! 😭

I luckily picked up some beef and chicken at the butcher a week ago. Finally was able to get my hands on some eggs and milk yesterday. Still have some fruit, cottage cheese, Greek yogurt and some frozen veggies. Just have to stay focused on being healthy regardless of the madness around us! Thanks for the boost. I needed it!

I’m in NY and Costco is still my go to. They had pretty much everything I needed milk and fruit. Since it’s all bulk I tend to buy frozen vegetables and fruit as well. I did notice they were out of chickens. One thing they told me when I called to see if they were open was don’t be frightened off by the long line outside. It’s only there because they are only allowing a limited number of people in at a time and have only every other register open. This is to allow for social distancing of 6ft. It was pretty easy and quick getting in and out. As for no gym.. I’m starting to get in the groove If home workout. No weights through. I only have 3pound dumbbells so I’m working with that and jumping rope in my garage. Yoga and other classes I’m trying to stream online. It’s a good time try those free apps.

This is a situation where you concentrate on eating as healthy as you can, maintaining some type of activity level, use your TV or recorder to view exercise programs. You may have to adjust your goal a bit to concentrate on maintaining your current weight. The most Importent thing is to pay close attention to your nutrition. Your body has to have what it needs to support your immune system

Definitely decided to get back to tracking my intake. Have enough small equipment to do some ab workouts and plan to take the dogs for walks a couple times a day. I refuse to allow those 12 lbs to come back! Thank goodness I have a local butcher I can texted to get fresh meats from!
