Ugh - had a spend the night at my sister's house over the weekend with my girls (age 5 and 3). Even though I told her ahead of time, she wanted all the food to be kid friendly (she also has 2 girls, age 2 and 9 months) so we had spaghetti and meatballs for dinner. At least they were turkey meatballs, but was worse than I would have eaten at home. Of course I can't blame my poor Sunday night eating on her as I did have 3 glasses of red wine and a small slice of apple walnut pie for dessert, which I surely could have said no to. Ah well, to make up for it, I am back to Phase 1 of South Beach for a week and plan to work out at least 3 times this week with a little extra cardio built in.
