done eating for the day if this works i should have lost a lb plus if it doesnt i dont know what to believe or what to do

Sometimes it's not just about "how much" you are eating but "what" you are eating. Look at your food journal. Are you eating a lot of processed foods (anything prepackaged,bagged, etc. they contain a lot of sodium)? Are you getting in your lean protein, dairy, fruits and veggies? Getting in clean, healthy foods can make a big difference in the scale over time. Are you drinking water (to flush out sodium)? Are you getting in any exercise? Losing weight isn't an exact science. It takes a lot of time and you may need to keep changing things up till you find what works for you.
