Well, it's the 15th, and I'm 1 lb away from my goal (well, 1.5 technically).
I hate to do it, but I need to adjust my schedule. This is the first time I've missed a goal. The weight loss has slowed down, and perhaps I was too ambitious. I am going to give myself until October 1 to make my goal of 250.
Granted, 250 was the goal weight that I set for myself back in January to reach by the end of the year (Yay New Years Resolutions!). It's still not a great feeling not meeting one of my short term goals.
Ah well, I can be a little upset, but can't let it discourage me. Besides, I'm going to exceed my goal for set for this year.
