Splurged a little bit today, but I feel like it was deserved. Had a Reeses ice cream bar, it was SO good! But hopefully now it's out of my system. I don't feel guilty about it though, it's my day off work and I spent a little more time working out than usual. Back to the grind tomorrow.

I'm going to an amusement park this weekend? Anybody have any tips on how to eat healthy while there?

Yeah, that Reeses bar was definitely well deserved! It's always good to have a small splurge every now and again to remind yourself that you aren't depriving yourself of life :) I was at an amusement park recently, and it is very difficult to eat well while there. Depending on how long you plan on staying at the park, bring lots of protein bars to help take the edge off, and try to get a salad if you can. If you leave the park early, I recommend waiting until you leave the park and then go to a restaurant and get something healthy there (it will probably be cheaper too!). Even if you go a bit overboard on calories, though, remember that you're spending the whole day walking around in the hot sun - so drink your water! I know I always forget to drink water and then get SUPER dehydrated! Have fun at the park though, and try to focus on fun and not calorie counting lol :D

Thanks Hokie, I'll keep that in mind. :) The protein bars are definitely a good idea, that didn't even occur to me. We're going Saturday night and all day Sunday and it's supposed to rain! Hopefully it will work out though.

If you go with the mindset that you will FIND ways to have fun, even in the rain, I'm sure you'll have a blast!
