How late do you eat dinner? And what are you reaching for at night?

I switched to eating at night, been doing it for a couple weeks now. I found so far that it is easier to go without during the day, then at night when I'm really hungry.

Have you tried eating small portions througout the day and night? Like every two to three hours? I eat all day and at night light popcorn or fruit, and I stay satisfied all day and night, and I am steady losing. I see food now at fuel instead of endulgence. Kinda like a gas tank (an example I used earlier) you don't wait for your gas tank to be bone dry, you shouldn't your stomach either!

Go to amazon.com and check out a book called "Becks diet Solution." It's not a diet but a book to help us change our behaviors and the way we think about food. It might be something to help you. Eating at night is a behavior that can be changed. Look at the reviews or see if you check it out of the library.

I don't know if the book can help you. But it might give you insight in to why you are eating at night. If you have an underlying reason for eating at night, then you might need to seek help from a professional. You need to figure out why you are waking up 4 times a night to eat. Being exhausted raises your serotin levels, so your body wants to eat more to get your blood sugar up. You might start with a checkup at the doctor to rule out other things. I wish I could be more help.
