Ate out at Ruby Tuesday’s last night and got the smoky mountain chicken, salad, and baked potato. Gained a pound and a half from one cheat meal! 😠 Definitely not worth it. 🤦🏻♀️

Yeah but that is not 1.5 pounds of solid fat so it won’t stick around very long! :-)

I have learn, not to cheat, because the scale, will go up, more than you want it too, stay on track and encourage.
