Ate out at Ruby Tuesday’s last night and got the smoky mountain chicken, salad, and baked potato. Gained a pound and a half from one cheat meal! 😠 Definitely not worth it. 🤦🏻‍♀️
207.6 lb Lost so far: 65.4 lb.    Still to go: 27.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I feel your pain, but probably that pound will fall off in 2 or 3 days.

Yeah but that is not 1.5 pounds of solid fat so it won’t stick around very long! :-)

I have learn, not to cheat, because the scale, will go up, more than you want it too, stay on track and encourage.
