Wednesday and back on track. This week I have meetings with various medical personnel and travel to the main cities in my area. This creates a challenge with workout since my work outs leave me tired and napping is still involved. The good news is that the increase in my workout is slowly paying off as I notice the daily weight checks show my weight dropping as increase my work out effort.
