I weighed this morning and it showed 229. 2 pounds down. I think the drinking of 14 - 8 oz. glasses of water is working. I noticed the other day that my skin is looking clearer and more youthful. My attitude is definitely more positive.
I did not get anything done yesterday after work. I think it is because I did not get alot of sleep the night before. Last night I slept for 8.5 hours and feel alot better this morning. I am going to focus on getting the house cleaned and do a workout on the treadmill tonight.
