I am soooooo hungry! It's like my inner tape worm just flared up--maybe some fruit later.

I drank some water and then just grabbed a few seconds ago a granola bar. I went for a brisk walk right before eating--maybe I should have eaten and then walked?

Funny--I was thinking earlier today maybe I hadn't eaten enough protein. Protein usually satisfies my tapeworm. Kiddo and I just got back from walking 3.1 miles. She actually ran a lot of it.
