I did the most stupid thing possible last night. I had napped during the day Memorial Day so I was up until 2 am last night. While I was watching a movie with everyone else in bed I caved to eating a left over breaded loin pork chop from supper after midnight. I tried to make it better by drinking 20 oz of water with it...but it still was not right. So this morning I called it my breakfast and didn't eat anything until lunch. Does that make it better??? Hello! I am a breaded pork chop addict and I need help! What's worse...there are still two of them left over in the fridge calling my name...good thing I am at work and don't have access to them right now. Stay Strong....you can beat this addiction!
I decided today to change my goal weight to more realistic amounts...then I can change it to a new goal lower once I get to goal 1. I am planning on three phases. Otherwise I think I would have been discouraged by the colors on the graph as to my progress. Just by changing it today I am now in the yellow range (had been in the red range). Stupid...but it makes me feel like I am accomplishing more. My final goal will still be 160...but this way I am taking it on in chunks.
