this weekend was a mixture for me. I tried to be good...but have learned that when I am at home I don't eat the best. I think that there are too many options of ways to eat wrong. Today it was caving to making grilled cheese sandwiches/tomato soup for lunch. My youngest was hungry for it so I wanted to make something for her. I wish I were stronger. It is easier when I am at work and have exercised portion control when packing my lunch and no opportunity to eat anything else besides what is packed in my lunch bag.
