sorry to hear that...it happens to all of us!! not sure if this helps any but when I'm stressing I like to take it out on a punching bag, speed walk or jump on an elliptical. helps take the edge off and you get the benefit of exercise. good luck to you...just keep trying.

thanks if you have kept up with me over the last 12 months or so i have went thru pretty much everything a person could. I had gotten down to 260+ pounds as of last summer.
