Tracked well this week and even did a couple of days of 16:8 IF and have kept my calories in check so far this week. Not likely to track tomorrow as food trucks will be involved, but I should burn alot at a music festival doing lots of walking and dancing.
Did our two trips to the rugby field, but no YouTube workouts at all this week. Lame excuse that I blow-dried my hair (usually just wear it curly) so didn't want to get it all sweaty, but that is just an excuse, which is not good enough. I would hope that next week will be better, but I know I'll be busy with work including evenings and possibly next weekend too so any down time I have will be spent on the couch most likely, but will try to keep up the daily walks to the shops and the rugby trips. Our little dog - even though she's 15 years old - enjoys it so much so she's reason enough to keep it going.
Hopefully I'll reach that blue line again soon, but right now I'm not too terribly fussed about it. Hubby is doing well with his weightloss as well and it's great that he gets it now - it's all about health and being able to grow old together without health issues. I'm really enjoying the time we spend together as well. Onward and downward FS Fam! Have a great weekend!
